Jupiter Inlet Colony
Jupiter Inlet Colony rests on the southernmost point of Jupiter Island overlooking the Jupiter Inlet. This micro-municipality of approximately 400 residents was ranked Florida’s safest town in 2016. The community consists of around 240 oceanfront, Intracoastal, and interior homes situated on just eight streets. This family-friendly neighborhood allows for a variety of architectural styles giving real estate buyers a number of options from single-level, interior street ranches to grand, modern waterfront estates. It is also home to the Jupiter Inlet Beach Club, a private social club for the residents of Jupiter Inlet Colony and the surrounding area. The club gives priority to residents but can be joined by non-residents pending availability.
Dining
Residents of Jupiter Inlet Colony are just a short drive down Beach Road to all that the Jupiter and Tequesta areas have to offer. Outstanding local restaurants like Hog Snappers, Papichulos, and Lynora’s are a stone’s throw away. In fact, you can even take a boat straight across the inlet to the famous Square Grouper Tiki Bar or Beacon steakhouse.
Accessibility
Jupiter Inlet Colony is located on the barrier island that is also home to some of Tequesta and Jupiter Island… just yards from the mainland. Palm Beach International Airport and downtown West Palm Beach are only 30 minutes south.
