Palm Beach Gardens
Insurance magnate John D. MacArthur began to develop large tracts of land in the 1960s that are now the golf mecca of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. “Gardens” appeals to both families and retirees alike with wide boulevards, well-manicured green spaces, great nearby schools, fabulous gated neighborhoods, and all the amenities one could ask for. This city is a powerhouse of sprawling country club communities.
With so many options, homebuyers looking for a club are sure to find the perfect fit. These include the likes of PGA National, the Country Club at Mirasol, BallenIsles Country Club, Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club, Frenchman’s Reserve, and the newly developed Panther National. Palm Beach Gardens is a regional shopping destination. Home to the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Legacy Place and PGA Commons, there is no shortage of upscale shops, service providers, department stores, restaurants, and theaters.
