Tequesta
The quaint town of Tequesta is the northernmost municipality in Palm Beach County, situated just north of the Jupiter Inlet and adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway. Tequesta’s development began in the 1960s with charming family-friendly neighborhoods and continues through today with brand new luxury condos and redeveloped single-family homes on the Loxahatchee River.
It offers a relaxed, small town feel and is home to some of the most stunning blue water in South Florida. Tequesta has several outstanding golf courses including Jupiter Hills Club, Tequesta Country Club, and Turtle Creek Club while also providing great access to hiking trails, beaches, and other water based activities.
Dining
Notable locally owned restaurants include Tequesta Table, Hog Snappers, Casa Canna, Krave, and Evo Italian. For a small town, you’ll be delightfully surprised at the variety of cuisines and quantity of exceptional dining options without even heading just down the road to Jupiter.
Accessibility
Tequesta is about 30 minutes to the Palm Beach International Airport, 2 hours north of Miami and 2 hours and 30 minutes southeast of Orlando.
